Tips to Stay Sanitary & Safe
Stage I - Basic disease prevention
- Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds
- Glove up for inside service
- Eye protection
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands
- Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects people frequently touch
- Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or paper towel then throw same in the trash
- Trash removed from office daily
- Stay home when you're sick
- Give your customers space
Internal Service Guidelines
- Health Screening: Our technicians undergo regular health screenings to ensure they are symptom-free before providing services.
- Protective Gear: Our technicians will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during service visits, including masks and gloves, to minimize any potential risk.
- Social Distancing: We kindly request our clients to maintain a safe distance from our technicians during service visits. This helps in adhering to social distancing guidelines.
- Sanitization: Our equipment and tools are regularly sanitized to reduce the risk of contamination. We encourage clients to do the same in their premises.
Client Responsibilities
- Communication: Please inform us immediately if anyone in your household or business is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, is under quarantine, or has tested positive for the virus.
- Social Distancing: To ensure the safety of everyone involved, we request clients to maintain a safe distance from our technicians during service visits.
- Rescheduling: If you or anyone in your premises is unwell or exhibiting symptoms, please reschedule your pest control service for a later date. There will be no cancellation fees for COVID-19 related rescheduling.
