Ryan makes pest control feel effortless—which is exactly what you want. His communication is always clear and timely, with great updates on arrival and what’s being handled. I may not see the work happening, but the results speak loud and clear—no bugs in the house, no carpenter bees anywhere. That kind of consistency and attention to detail doesn’t happen by accident. He’s doing a fantastic job every single visit.

Ryan sprayed my house for carpenter bees. I was not home at the time but Ryan kept me posted on when he was in route and when he finished. He was very courteous and professional.

Kolten is my technician and he is always very thorough, I highly recommend him and A-1 pest control. Very pleased with the service. Since we built our house we have been getting carpenter bee service in the Spring and Stink Bug treatment in the Fall and I can’t tell you how much that has helped!

Jason is the best. He has noted on the record that we have a dog and to always touch base with the owner. If the gate is open the dog will get. None of the guys have followed thru. He notifies me when he pulls in ask if I have issues he needs to check. Very perfessional. I am always concerned now afraid the dog will get out . I would like to have him come on all the calls.
