Shawn treats my parents home and does a stellar job! He is so wonderful and personable, and my parents love him. This 5 star review is all because having the right technician makes all the difference. Today we had Devan out to do our termite inspection. He provided us with extremely great service. He listened to my concerns and provided me with informative feed back. Following our past experiences I had serious concerns that any of our other inspections were done properly. I can truely say without a doubt that the service Devan provided left me feeling confident that my home is now protected from termites. It is unfortunate that there arent more technicians like Devan. I was having doubts on whether or not to look for a new company to handle our termites inspections but after this visit I have decided to keep having A1 pest control handle things.

A1 is hands down the best in the high country. They have been great to work with. Communication is unbelievable with calls days before and day of. The technicians are friendly and through. They’ve help get rid of our flying squirrel issue along with any bugs and spiders. And if something pops up, just call them and they get you on the schedule. Logan sprays the outside of our for pests. We haven’t had any problems with bugs since beginning our service. Logan is always prompt and notifies us when he is stopping by to perform the treatment. He is very professional and friendly.
