A-1 and Victor are the best. Victor is so thorough in his pest control treatments and great at communication. I live in another state and am typically unable to be there but he makes sure I know everything he sees and goes above and beyond to answer my questions, even speaking with the maintenance supervisor regarding work that they need to accomplish so the pest problem is taken care of. They offer convenient treatment times, provide a 2 hour window and often text me to let me know they have earlier times available. The technicians are respectful of our property, always ask me if I am seeing any specific problems, reccommend additional treatment options, if they think they are appropriate, and will come back, between visits if needed. We have been very happy with their customer support and service.

I trust A1 pest control 100%. My service man Hunter Sigmon is the best. He calls me before he gets there asking me what areas have I see any pests, which since he’s been coming out I haven’t seen ANYTHING. I have hunting dogs and with the weather last summer we had major flea problem more so then I have ever seen. Hunter came out and took care of everything.

He remembers areas that I previously asked he pay particular attention. I have little to no pest issues thanks to his service. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful in making appointments. I highly recommend them for pest control and radon mitigation (I use them for radon monitoring and radon mitigation equipment maintenance.

Logan takes great care of my home ALWAYS! He is awesome!! And on this qtr visit we had an unexpected visitor at the house - a 4 ft black snake that he kindly moved to our back wooded area. We have seen cooper heads the past two years so was “happy” to see the black snake-just not excited to see him in front of me…- but Logan did let me know the snake could be in my front walk later the same day so no surprises!

A1 and especially Hunter have consistently done a great job with pest control for my home. He brushes all of the eve structures, boathouse and pool house for spider webs and ensures they don't get a chance to take hold. I am very pleased with his efforts and the A1 Pest control folks as a team.

When I moved into the neighborhood 6 years ago, I asked "who do I use for pest control?" All replied " A1 Pest". I have been using them happily for 6 years - as does all my neighbors. In fact the whole street uses A1. they are on time and do a great job. Nothing else really needs to be said. Need pest control? Just call A1 and be done!

When I called with a major concern, Taylor got a territory manager Blake Greene out in less than 2 hrs. Blake checked area of concern and quickly discovered the issue. He was professional and I felt saved me from what others may have taken advantage of my ignorance. Highly recommend A-1 and especially Mr. Greene!
